This belly support band gently lifts and provides hug-like support to the bump to ease strain on the spine, lower back, hips, and pelvic pressure. It helps to relieve physical discomfort, reduce fatigue, and promote healthy blood circulation, which helps to minimize leg swelling. It also helps to prevent the formation of stretch marks due to skin tension and allows walking or standing comfortably without back pain or feeling heaviness.

A maternity support belt is best worn for 2 to 3 hours at a time, especially during activities that cause strain, such as walking, standing, or doing household tasks. Remove it while resting or sleeping.

Step 1

Place the soft inner band around the lower belly just under the bump and hold it in place.

Step 2

Wrap the band halfway over the belly, following the dotted line, and adjust it gently to fit the shape of the bump.

Step 3

Pull the main support band around the hips and attach it firmly at the back.

Step 4

Make sure the sides of the outer band align with and cover the inner band underneath for proper support.

Step 5

Adjust both sides evenly to make the belly band snug and supportive without feeling tight.

Step 6

Wrap the upper elastic (shock-absorbing) strap around the top of the belly and fasten it to the side panels for extra loft and stability.

To choose the correct size, check the size chart or measure around the lower back and under the belly. The belt is adjustable, so it can be easily loosened or tightened as the bump grows. If the selected size does not fit well, we will exchange it for another suitable one.
